We recommend booking 6 to 12 months in advance for weekend dates, especially during peak season (April to October). Weekday dates are more flexible. Contact us to check availability for your date.

A deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before your event. We'll go over the full payment schedule during your tour.

Absolutely. We encourage every client to tour the property in person. You'll see the Event Center, courtyard, ceremony grounds, pier, and lakefront. Text or call us at (530) 718-2057 to schedule.

The Event Center holds up to 300 guests. Costa Fuego accommodates up to 100 for intimate events. The Lawn can host 1,500+ for large outdoor events. We'll help you pick the right space.

The Event Center is a fully enclosed 4,000 sq ft indoor space. If your ceremony was planned for the beach or courtyard, we move everything inside seamlessly.

Setup access and timing varies based on your package and event schedule. We'll coordinate a detailed timeline during your planning consultation.

Yes. Personal touches, florals, and decor are welcome. We ask that all decorations are attached without damaging venue surfaces. No glitter, confetti, or open flames outside approved areas.

Costa Fuego, our on-site restaurant, handles all catering and bar service. Wood-fired flavors, fresh ingredients, and menus customized for your event.

Full-service bar is available for every event. Costa Fuego handles all bar service with beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic options. Our alcohol license requires that all alcohol be provided by The Silos and served by our bartenders. No outside alcohol or outside bartenders are permitted. Bar packages are customized during your planning consultation.

Yes. Costa Fuego works with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and halal dietary needs. Mention any requirements during your planning consultation.

Yes, for most services. While we offer on-site DJ, entertainment, photo experiences, lighting, photography, and floral design, you're welcome to bring your own vendors for those. All outside vendors are required to carry liability insurance and follow our venue guidelines. The one exception: alcohol and bartending must be handled by The Silos. Our alcohol license does not allow outside alcohol or outside bartenders. We'll share the full requirements packet during your planning consultation.

We work with trusted vendors who know the property well. We'll share recommendations during your tour, but you're never required to use them.

Yes. Free parking is available on-site for all guests.

The Silos is at 755 N East St, Woodland, CA 95776. We're 20 miles from downtown Sacramento, just off I-5. Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is 12 miles away. There's a hotel directly across the street.

The Event Center is ADA accessible with ground-level entry. Please contact us to discuss specific accessibility needs.

Yes. Packages are based on a minimum of 100 guests. Additional guests over 100 are $10 each.
